Client Development Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Development Coordinator to join our team. This key role supports our marketing and client development initiatives, encompassing digital marketing, event planning, content creation, and brand management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and passionate about driving client development efforts, with a particular focus on activities that enhance client relationships. Previous experience in a law firm setting is preferred, as this position collaborates closely with the Managing Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
- Organize client development activities, including but not limited to mail campaigns, event planning, and promotional item orders for conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing efforts align with our firm's goals and brand standards.
- Coordinate and execute client events, seminars, and webinars, handling logistics like invitations, catering, and venue arrangement.
- Maintain and update the firm’s client database. Generate reports and analyze data to support business development efforts.
- Oversee inventory of promotional items, ensuring timely ordering and distribution.
- Conduct research on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the Managing Partner.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably within a law firm.
- Familiarity with Maximizer CRM is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically.
This is a fully in-person position based at our New Orleans office. The selected candidate must adhere to our in-office attendance policy and is expected to work on-site during all designated work hours. Punctuality, consistent attendance, and the ability to work in a collaborative office environment are essential requirements of this position.
