We’re hiring an entry-level, highly organized Marketing Database Coordinator to keep our client and prospect data clean, accurate, and up to date. If you’re detail‑oriented, thrive on structured processes, and can handle large volumes of data entry with precision, you’ll be a great fit. This role supports client development and outreach by maintaining our CRM and preparing lists for marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-volume data entry: Add new contacts, update existing records, and ensure data integrity across our marketing platforms (primary focus on CRM).
  • Data quality & verification: Confirm contact details, titles, firms, and other organizational info using reliable sources; identify and correct inconsistencies.
  • Database auditing & cleanup: Deduplicate records, standardize formats (e.g., addresses, job titles), and run routine quality checks.
  • List preparation for campaigns: Build segmented lists and perform mail merges for emails and printed mailings using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Reporting & tracking: Maintain simple logs/metrics for data updates (e.g., records processed per day, error rates).
  • Process adherence: Follow established naming conventions, tagging guidelines, and documentation standards.
  • Administrative support: Assist with event logistics (invitations, RSVPs, vendor coordination), monitor promotional item inventory, and handle other assigned administrative duties.

Qualifications (Entry-Level)

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or marketing operations. (Law firm/professional services experience is a plus, not required.)
  • Comfort with repetitive tasks and meeting daily processing targets with a high accuracy rate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (sorting, filtering, text cleanup; advanced functions like VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH are a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Maximizer preferred). Training provided.
  • Strong attention to detail, written/verbal communication skills, and reliable follow‑through.
  • Experience with Mailchimp, Canva, and social media tools is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a structured, process‑driven environment.

This is a fully in-person role at our New Orleans office. The selected candidate must follow our in‑office attendance policy and work onsite during all designated hours. Punctuality, consistent attendance, and collaborative teamwork are essential.
