PCG is working with a trusted leader in ensuring safety and productivity across diverse jobsites by delivering high-quality products. We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Director to lead recruitment operations, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The director will work closely with the national sales manager, chief operating officer, and president to support organizational goals and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and hiring.
  • Develop and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the primary resource for employee concerns, providing guidance and facilitating effective conflict resolution.
  • Approach issues with a solutions-focused mindset, escalating matters to the executive team when appropriate.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Promote open communication, collaboration, and cross-functional engagement.

Performance Management

  • Lead and manage the performance review process, offering direction and support to both employees and leadership.
  • Partner with leadership to establish clear performance objectives and implement development and improvement plans.

Training & Development

  • Design, implement, and maintain onboarding and training programs for new team members.
  • Assess organizational training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives to strengthen skills and support career growth.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Oversee administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness offerings.
  • Analyze and recommend competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain high-performing talent.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to review and evaluate compensation structures and packages.

Policy & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, processes, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.
