We have a great opportunitiy at a great, locally owned company (building industry) for an experienced IT Manager. This key player will off technical assistance for internal staff as well as client users. Responsbilities include covering infrastructure, networks, servers and mobile devices. Primary responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to, providing on-site support to clients, train new users, handle escalations from the helpdesk team, maintain accurate inventory of all software and hardware, manage MS Office 365 apps and emails, and record all activities in the ticketing system. Ideal candidates will have exceptional attention to detail, work well with different types of people, be self motivated, and have strong problem solving skills. Technical requirements include AT LEAST 5 YEARS of helpdesk support (with some supervisory responsibilities), strong knowledge of Windows 10, 11 and Server, experience with Mac OS X, proficiency in VPNs, and knowledge of cloud platforms.
